Groundcare Training

Now could be a good time to think about your staff training requirement for the coming cutting season. It will soon be upon us so contact us today to get further information. Don't forget that it is a legal requirement to provide adequate training for operators of grass mowing machines and other grounds maintenance equipment.

These are one day training courses for persons who operate ride on or pedestrian rotary, flail or cylinder type mowing machines. The courses all include assessment of skills and knowledge and successful candidates will recieve a Lantra Awards Basic Skills Certificate and ID card. The basic skils certificate meets requirements of the provision and use of work equipment regulations and also satisfies the HSE requirement for adequate training.

1. Ride on rotary and/or flail mowers.
2. Ride on cylinder mowers.
3. Pedestrian rotary and/or flail mowers.
4. Pedestrian cylinder mowers.

If all four courses are booked together then they can be completed in three days.
